Returns & refunds

If something isn't right for your dog, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened grooming items and used toys can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email hello@doxiesupply.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because our products ship from several warehouses.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover return shipping or send a replacement. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.
